It's easy, it's beautifying.  The absolute best way to whiten your teeth is by using the "take home" bleaching trays.  Everyone wants to sit in the dental chair for an hour and leave with beautiful white teeth.  We can make them a little bit lighter that way, but it's just not as effective as the take home trays.
