At Clatskanie Dental Clinic we perform root canal treatment, even on molars. We also offer SEDATION for root canals in our office, sleep while you get your root canal.
Here are a few things to consider when thinking about getting a root canal:
Pulling the tooth alone is less expensive, BUT replacing the tooth later on always ends up costing more in the long run.
Implants are great, but we are finding they are not a "forever fix". Implants can fail just like any other type of dentistry. When a bridge fails, you have 3 or 4 teeth involved in the failing treatment. Then the cost to replace/repair gets even higher.
We have really great anesthetics now, and better techniques. SEDATION is a great option for root canals. Sleep while you get your root canal.
